Stage 1 / Is the supplier trustworthy?
1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct dice factory in Dongguan, China — not a trading company or middleman. We run our own production line (established 2018, about 35 staff including 4 dedicated QC), with in-house gemstone slicing, molding, engraving, and hand-polishing. You deal directly with the people who control tooling, quality, and timelines — no middleman markup.
14. Can you show previous OEM projects or customer cases?
We have served 100+ clients since 2018, with many repeat OEM programs. Because we protect every client's confidentiality (see design protection below), we don't publish customer names or their custom designs publicly — but references and relevant case details can be shared privately on request.
15. Why should I choose your factory instead of others?

Stage 2 / Can you make what I need?
2. What is your MOQ for custom gemstone dice?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 100 sets per design or stone type. You can order a physical sample first and approve it before committing to the full production run.
3. Which gemstone materials do you offer?
In regular production: amethyst, tiger's eye, rose quartz, obsidian, and green aventurine. Most other natural stones — labradorite, fluorite, sodalite, lapis lazuli and more — are available on request; send us your material and we'll confirm feasibility and price. 4. Can you make custom logos, number fonts, and artwork?
Yes. We custom-engrave or print your logo (commonly replacing the 20 face of the D20), custom number fonts and styles, color and fill choices, and artwork — plus fully branded packaging.
9. Can you provide custom (private-label) packaging?
Yes — full private-label / OEM packaging: rigid gift boxes, foam inserts, care cards, sleeves, custom printing, barcodes, and carton labeling to your brand.
Stage 3 / Is the quality real?
7. Are the gemstones natural or synthetic?
100% natural stone. Our gemstone dice are cut from genuine natural stone — not dyed or synthetic. Because the material is natural, color, veining, and inclusions vary slightly from piece to piece; that variation is inherent to real stone, not a defect.
6. How do you ensure dice balance and precision?
Gemstone dice are cut and hand-finished to consistent dimensions, and our six-stage QC includes balance, dimension, and edge checks against the approved sample. For markets or orders that require it, independent third-party testing can be arranged.
8. What quality inspection do you perform?
A six-stage QC process, not a single check at the end: incoming material, in-process dimensions and finish, numbering and fill, set completeness, packaging, and export handoff — plus stone crack, chip, and polish inspection. We have 4 dedicated QC staff. Full walkthrough: from sample to shipment.
5. Can I order samples first?
Always. We produce a physical pre-production sample (about 7-21 days) so you can approve color, engraving, finish, and construction in hand before any bulk-order payment.
Stage 4 / Time, price & delivery
10. What is your production lead time?
A sample takes about 7-21 days; bulk production is commonly 30-45 days after sample approval. Gemstone sits at the longer end because natural stone is individually cut and hand-polished. We plan around Kickstarter and seasonal deadlines.
11. What are your prices at different quantities?
We quote tiered pricing by volume — typically at 100 / 300 / 500 / 1000+ sets. Send your material, quantity, and specifications and we'll return a tiered quote. What drives price is covered in the pricing guide.
12. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide and have shipped to 50+ countries, with experience serving EU and US markets and their documentation. Shipping terms are EXW or FOB Shenzhen.
Stage 5 / Protecting your brand
13. How do you protect my custom design?
We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request. Your custom design, artwork, and molds are kept confidential — we never resell your design or show your product to other clients. Your project stays yours.
