These terms cover use of the bulkdice.store website only. They are not a purchase agreement, quotation, or sales contract. Pricing, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, and other order-specific terms are confirmed separately, in writing, once you submit an RFQ and Dice Works issues a quote.

Use of this site

You may browse this site and use the RFQ form to request a quote for custom dice manufacturing. You agree not to use the site to submit false, misleading, or malicious information, or to attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation.

Content and accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, material comparisons, lead times, and MOQ figures on this site accurate, but they are provided as general guidance rather than a binding offer. Photography shows representative products; natural materials (gemstone, liuli) vary piece to piece. A formal, order-specific quote and an approved physical sample govern the actual specification of any production run.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, and design of this site belong to Dice Works or are used under license, and may not be copied or republished without permission. Blog articles may be linked to or quoted with attribution.

Third-party links and tools

This site links to external tools including WhatsApp and uses Formspree to process the RFQ form and Google Analytics for site usage data. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

No warranty on website availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dice Works is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit or exclude our liability under any separately agreed purchase contract, which is governed by its own terms.
