Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Dice Works ("we," "us") collects through bulkdice.store, why we collect it, and how it's handled. It applies to visitors and buyers anywhere, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

What we collect

We collect two categories of information:

Information you submit directly. When you use the wholesale inquiry (RFQ) form, we collect your name, company, country, email address, WhatsApp/phone number if provided, product category, quantity range, timeline, project requirements, and any products you selected in the RFQ tray. We also collect your email address if you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp.
Automated site-usage data. Like most websites, bulkdice.store uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect payment card details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this site.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and manage the resulting business relationship.
To understand which pages and content are useful to visitors, so we can improve the site.
To meet legal, accounting, and export/customs documentation obligations connected to an order.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising retargeting.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate this site, each of which processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms:

Formspree — processes and delivers the RFQ form submission to our inbox.
Google Analytics (GA4) — provides aggregate website usage analytics.

We do not otherwise sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law or to complete an order you've requested (for example, providing shipping details to a freight forwarder once an order is confirmed).

International data transfer

Dice Works operates from Dongguan, China. Submitting the RFQ form or contacting us means your information may be processed and stored in China and in the countries where our service providers (Formspree, Google) operate their infrastructure, which may be outside your home country. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure regardless of where it is processed.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and order-related information for as long as needed to respond to your request, manage an active or prospective order, and meet legitimate accounting, tax, or export/customs recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed for these purposes at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to: confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, restrict or object to certain processing, or receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@bulkdice.store. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not affect your ability to browse the site or submit an RFQ, but will limit our ability to understand aggregate site usage.

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
